Loyola High School
Loyola High School of Los Angeles is a Jesuit preparatory school for young men. It is named in honor of St. Ignatius of Loyola who founded the Jesuits in the sixteenth century.
Located in central Los Angeles, the oldest high school in Southern California,
Loyola welcomes and is committed to educate and serve students from central and the greater Los Angeles area. Our community mirrors the diversity of our city as we are proud to include among us students from every racial, economic, and ethnic background. Although Loyola shares primarily in the educational mission of the Catholic Church as its highest priority, we embrace and are enriched by students from other religious traditions.
